Reiki for Animals & Pets

For many of us, our animals are more than pets. They are family, companions, protectors, and sources of unconditional love. They share our homes, our routines, and some of life’s most meaningful moments. When they are struggling, we often feel it right alongside them.

Reiki for Animals is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice intended to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Just as Reiki can be offered to people, it can also be offered to animals in a calm and respectful way.

Animals are naturally intuitive and often respond to energy in their own unique way. Some may become quiet and relaxed, while others may move around, change positions, or simply go about their day. There is no expectation for an animal to sit still or participate in a particular way. Their comfort and boundaries always come first.

Supporting Your Animal Through Life's Changes

Reiki may be used as a complementary wellness practice during times when an animal could benefit from additional calm and energetic support, including periods of stress, transition, aging, recovery, or emotional change.

Distance Reiki can also be offered when an animal is not physically present. Your pet does not need to be in a specific location or do anything during the session. They can simply continue with their normal routine.

Whether curled up beside you, resting in their favorite place, or going about their day, your animal can receive the session from wherever they are.

A Gentle Way to Give Back

Our animals give us so much—comfort when we are hurting, companionship when we feel alone, and a kind of love that asks for nothing in return. Reiki offers a quiet opportunity to give some of that care back.

At Ash & Oak Revival, each session is approached with compassion, intention, and respect for the individual animal. The goal is not to force an outcome, but to create space for relaxation, energetic support, and connection.

Because sometimes the deepest bond we share isn't spoken in words.

It's simply felt.
